Using secure technologies to implement straight-through-processing, the ClearPar^SM settlement platform can easily integrate with front and back office accounting systems and trading platforms to streamline the process and avoid double entry of trades. Third party interfaces can be established and implemented as required to meet customer specific requirements. Current initiatives are in place with Wall St. Office in order to provide full connectivity for many ClearPar^SM customers.

To further enhance our syndications settlement platform, ClearPar^SM developed an administrative detail and tax database that automates the process of acquiring customer-verified administrative details and tax forms in connection with each individual syndication.
